Zura · Yoga & Pilates Retreats
a soft return to what has always been yours.
Zura represents a space where wellness becomes an instinctual way of life, one that nurtures the spiritual and physical body while fostering true communal connection through movement and nature.
Upcoming retreat
Zura in other words
A sanctuary for self-acceptance.
Born from the shared passion of two best friends, Zura is a sanctuary for self-acceptance. We invite you to shed the weight of expectations and the noise of trends, returning instead to the quiet power of your own intuition. It is a space to honor your personal rhythm, where health is guided by your inner needs rather than the world's expectations. Through these fluctuations of life, the idea of “wellness” always comes back to the gentle relationship we maintain with ourselves, and how we hold the space to feel all that it means to be human.

Our story
A shared language, lived between two cities.
Our connection blossomed during our first year of university, two friends from international backgrounds who found a shared language in prioritising self-love. Now living in different countries, we bridge our lives between Madrid and Berlin to bring Zura to life. Anelise guides you through the somatic release of Yoga, reconnecting you to the wisdom held within your body, while Tara leads you through the intentional, physical and mental strength of Pilates. Together, we see wellness as a grounding journey, one that deepens our connection to ourselves and to the souls who cross our paths along the way.
Zura's offering to you
play, movement,
exploration,
connection.
Four quiet anchors and one promise, to hold a beautiful container for whatever wants to soften, surface, or arrive.

Why Zura
Four quiet values, held with care.
Connection
The heart of Zura was born from two best friends who were seeking to live a more authentic, transformative life based on genuinely feeling connected to the self and others. We represent a space where this is accessible for our community to flourish as well.
Movement
Through moving the physical body, we are able to move mountains in the emotional body as well. A core value in Zura retreats, movement is a return to the life force energy that drives our experience and being.
Exploration
True discovery happens when we step beyond the familiar. We view travel as a bridge between the inner journey and the external world, an invitation to awaken the senses through new landscapes and luxury spaces. By changing our scenery, we expand our perspective.
Play
Play allows the explosion of what causes genuine joy and excitement to serve as an anchor during the healing journey. Fun gives our nervous systems permission to spark the creativity we often feel fearful to share with the world.
